Very simple egg fried pasta. Made in a similar way of fried rice, rice being substituted with pasta! Have a try and love it.
Ingredients:
- Macaroni- 2 Cup
 - Onion- 1/4 cut into slices
 - Vegetables cut into small cubes-1 1/2 cups(carrot,cabbage,beans)
 - Tomato sauce-3 teaspoon
 - Chilli sauce-2 teaspoon
 - Soy sauce-1 teaspoon
 - Ginger-garlic paste- 1teaspoon
 - Salt-as required
 - Pepper powder- as required
 - Egg- 2
 - Oil-for frying
 - Water-To boil macaroni
 
- Cook the macaroni with enough water,little salt and boil as per packet instructions,drain and keep aside.
 - Heat oil in a pan and saute onions.
 - Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell fades away.
 - Add the chopped vegetables and saute till soft.
 - Add the salt,pepper powder along with all the sauces and mix well.
 - Break the eggs into the pan, mix and stir well.
 - Add the cooked macaroni to the above mixture and mix well.
 - Add more pepper powder if required.
 - Serve hot!
