Simple and tasty milk shake made of ripe bananas. Very healthy too.
Ingredients:
- Ripe bananas- 2, I used 1 raw best banana
- Milk- 1 1/2 cup
- Cardamom-1
- Sugar- 2 tablespoon
- Mash the ripe bananas with hands
- In a mixer, blend all the ingredients together till smooth
- Serve chilled.
