Very spicy and simple chicken fry. Side dish that can be served anytime.
Ingredients:
- Chicken- 1/2 kg, cut into pieces.
- Salt- 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime juice- 3 teaspoon
- Dried Red Chilly- 5
- Green Chillies- 3
- Black Pepper whole- 1 teaspoon
- Ginger- 2 inch piece
- Garlic- 5 pods
- Oil- for frying
- Onion rings,coriander leaves- for garnishing
- Make slits in the chicken pieces with a fork.
- Grind together ingredients 4-8 to a fine paste.
- Marinate chicken pieces with salt,lime juice,grind paste and refrigerate for minimum 8 hrs.
- Deep fry in oil and transfer to an oil absorbing paper.
This is a really interesting dish! It looks delicious, but simple enough to use on weeknights.
