Very easy evening snack. I usually go for it when I am damn too lazy to cook on winter evenings!

- Noodles- as required
- Chicken,Boneless- 1/2 cup shredded
- Capsicum- 1 large, cut into small pieces
- Carrot- 1/2 cup, Cut into small pieces
- Cabbage-1/2 cup,Cut into small pieces
- Onion- 1 small,thinly sliced
- Garlic- 2 pods,thinly sliced
- Pepper powder-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt- 1 teaspoon
- Chilli Sauce- 1 teaspoon
- Soya sauce- 1 teaspoon
- Oil- 1/2 tablespoon
- Water- To boil Noodles
- Boil noodles as per packet instructions, drain and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan ,saute the shredded chicken pieces.
- Add onion, garlic, and saute till onions are soft.
- Add the remaining vegetables, Salt,pepper and saute maintaining the crispiness of vegetables.
- Add the drained Noodles and mix well.
- Add the sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Heat a non stick pan and make scrambled egg.
- Add egg to the noodles.
- Serve hot!
